Terms of service
InboxFound is an email finding and verification service operated by NewBizBot. By creating an account or calling the API you agree to these terms.
The service
InboxFound accepts a name and company domain, or an email address, and returns what it could establish from mail hosts and public sources at the time of the check. Results describe evidence, not a promise: no result is a guarantee of delivery, of a person’s identity, or of their consent to be contacted.
You are responsible for how you use results, including compliance with anti-spam, privacy and data-protection law that applies to you and to the people you contact.
Accounts and keys
One account per person or organisation. Keep your credentials and API keys private; anything done with them is treated as done by you. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service, probe it, or resell access.
Credit and charges
- The wallet is prepaid. There is no subscription and no minimum term.
- Auto top-up is optional and off by default. If you switch it on, you authorise us to charge your saved payment method the amount you chose, without further notice, whenever your balance falls below the level you set. You can switch it off at any time on the wallet page, and each automatic charge appears in your top-up history. Three declined charges in a row switch it off automatically.
- A job reserves the published rate when it is admitted and is charged or released exactly once when it settles. Only definite outcomes are charged, as described on the pricing page.
- Purchased credit does not expire. Promotional credit is granted once per verified person, is spent first, has no cash value and cannot be withdrawn or transferred.
- Refunds of unspent purchased credit are handled on request. A refund or payment dispute pauses new work on the account until it is reconciled; work already admitted still settles.
Availability
We aim for the service to be available continuously but do not guarantee it. Mail hosts, DNS and public sources are outside our control and may make a result unavailable; such jobs are released, not charged.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, InboxFound’s total liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid for credit in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
Changes
We may update these terms and the published rates. Rate changes never re-price work you already submitted. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
