Privacy

This notice explains what InboxFound stores about you, what it does with the lookups you submit, and what it deliberately does not collect.

Your account

Sign-in is handled by Clerk on an application dedicated to InboxFound. We store your Clerk user ID, your primary email address (to confirm eligibility for the signup credit), hashed API keys and their labels, wallet ledger entries, and order and job records.

Your lookups

The names, domains and email addresses you submit are stored with the job so you can read the result later, and are sent to our engine and, for verification, to the receiving mail host. They are not sold, not used to build a shared contact database, and not used for our own outreach. You can ask us to delete your jobs at any time.

Payments

Card details are entered only on Stripe’s hosted checkout page. We never see or store them. We keep the Stripe order and payment identifiers needed to credit your wallet and handle refunds.

What we do not collect

  • No session replay, no advertising trackers, no third-party analytics scripts in the browser.
  • No lookup inputs, API secrets or payment details in any analytics or logs beyond the job record itself.
  • No selling or sharing of your data with data brokers.

Retention and deletion

Ledger and order records are kept for as long as required for accounting. Deleting your account revokes all keys, tombstones the identity and removes the association between you and stored jobs. Write to us to request deletion of specific jobs.
